For one client, we delivered a data strategy that unified fragmented systems across multiple partner organisations into a single, shared data infrastructure. Disclosure control and data trust

When sensitive data leaves a controlled environment, the risks are real. We have built and deployed data trust solutions that analyse files before they are released, scoring each one against policy rules and producing a clear risk classification with a written explanation for every decision.

Our approach means that decisions are transparent, traceable, and consistent. Governance teams can understand exactly why a file was classified the way it was, and audit trails meet the standards required for formal proceedings.

Six organisations use our solutions today, including NHS bodies, government departments, and research institutions. One client reduced reviewer override rates from 34% to 6% within eight weeks of going live, confirming that the scoring approach was producing accurate, reliable classifications from the outset.

AI and machine learning

Sometimes the data you need is not in your systems. It is on the open web. We have built a platform that automates the search, collection, and management of publicly available data from websites and online marketplaces.

The platform captures data to an evidential standard and stores everything securely on UK servers. Automated workflows can trigger searches based on events, schedules, or new alerts, so your team spends time acting on results rather than finding them.

Public sector clients use the platform to monitor online sources for compliance and enforcement purposes. Searches that previously took officers hours of manual work now run automatically, with results ready for triage each morning.

Upskilling and knowledge transfer

Every engagement includes structured knowledge transfer so your staff can operate and configure the solution after handover.
